PropTech is coming and is about to disrupt the real estate industry. 2 years ago no one talked about PropTech. Yet, it is a new buzzword now. Business models are being re-evaluated, consumers’ needs are evolving. Newcomers are able to dig deep and analyze these changes to offer better solutions and improved customer experiences. Change is real and inevitable. The key is to keep up to date and avoid denial. Starting from BIM at construction stage, application of enhanced data is developing and is bringing value and efficiency to asset management and daily operations throughout the lifecycle of the built environment.


The workshop is jointly organized by Asian Institute of Intelligent Buildings (AIIB), Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Environmental Division (HKIE-EVD), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and Society of Operations Engineers Hong Kong Region(SOEHKR). Join us and share the insightful discussions with representatives from government offices and industrial leaders.
