Programme Highlight
For 24 years (since 1994), the Energy Efficiency Office (EEO) of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) has been spending great effort in promoting energy efficiency and conservation in Hong Kong. Having pioneered numerous energy efficiency and conservation practices, the EEO will give an overview of Hong Kong’s three- pronged strategy, namely, lead, pull and push to save energy. In addition, EMSD will present the largest chiller replacement project with high energy efficiency chillers for Hospital Authority (HA) in Hong Kong. This session will give an overview of measurement and verification of energy saving projects.
