Programme Highlights

 The course is designed for engineers and professionals to understand the statutory interpretation of the five Environmental Ordinances dealing with pollution in Hong Kong, namely the Noise Control Ordinance (NCO), Air Pollution Control Ordinance (APCO), Water Pollution Control Ordinance (WPCO), Waste Disposal Ordinance (WDO) and Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance (EIAO). Speakers will share with participants the framework and requirements of these ordinances, and main challenges facing for engineering projects.
