Waste
problem is top urgency issue in HK. Waste recycle industrial is greatly encouraging
by the market and society. This presentation will share the development of a
green and smart waste recycle factory in HK Eco Park. This presentation will summarize
how to utilize the passive design, renewable energy and other energy efficient
systems to achieve a green factory which target to be zero energy and zero
water.

Ir Eagle Mo – Managing Director of
Telemax Environmental and Energy Management Ltd
Ir Eagle Mo is the founder of Telemax Environmental
and Energy Management Ltd. which focuses in green building and smart building
design She was a building services engineer and currently focus in energy
consultancy and green building design. She has completed more than 100 nos. energy projects and 60 nos. of Green Building
projects.
Ms. Mo was the President of
ASHRAE Hong Kong Chapter in year 2010-2011 and was elected as the Best Alumni
in Building Service by Poly U in year 2016. She has been a visiting lecturer in
IVE, Poly U BRE Department and BSE Department for more than 10 years. Now she
is the chair of industrial advisory panel of Asia Institute of Built
Environment
Mr. Tony Ip – Director of Tony Ip
Green Architects Ltd.
Mr. Tony Ip, Founder of Tony Ip Green Architects
Ltd., is a community-centric, sustainable design architect and urban designer.
His passion and contributions to green architecture have been highly recognized
by receiving Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award 2016, EcoStar Award 2014 and
HKIA Young Architect Award 2010. He has demonstrated a flair for
multi-disciplinary academic studies and over 15-year architecture, engineering
& green professional practices in the building profession. His design and
research were exhibited and presented in Venice,
London, Copenhagen, Tokyo, Taiwan,
Singapore,
Malaysia
and Hong Kong.
