Seminar on Energy For Our Future Generations
In January 2017, HK government published “The Hong
Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2030+” report which highlighted the change
of energy sources is one of the key initiatives to reduce greenhouse
gases emissions. Feed-in Tariff (FiT) scheme was therefore launched
recently by power companies to promote the use of renewable energy –
solar and wind energy. To arouse the awareness on the latest
development and applications of energy, Green Council will conduct a
seminar for engineering and environmental professionals to support the
initiatives in combating climate change.
The seminar will explore the trends, challenges and opportunities of
energy applications and development for our future generations.
