Jointly Organized by AMC, CAD, and EVD
Programme Highlights
The recent cases provide useful guidance of the obligations
and liabilities of Construction Professionals in relation to design, including
the "Fit for Purpose" obligation and the duty to advise on costs
between different parties. This seminar intends to shed light on the increasing
importance of the engineer's role in design in light of the latest case law and
attempts to impart practical tips that may be of use to an engineer when
advising on construction projects.
