Background:-

BREEAM In-Use International is an assessment method which assists property investors, owners, managers and occupiers to drive sustainable improvements through operational efficiency, including how to continually manage the operation of their building effectively. The scheme uses an assessment tool that can be completed by building managers and owners to self-assess their buildings. These self-assessments have to be audited by independent BREEAM In-Use assessors before certification can be granted.

Benjamin Pettitt - BRE China BREEAM In-Use Trainer. Benjamin has a background in the Renewable Energy and Sustainability Services Industry. He is responsible for delivering key BRE training programmes in China and Hong Kong. He graduated at University of Cardiff and worked in the BREEAM Strategic Development Team in BRE UK. He then was seconded to BRE China in November 2017.
