Programme Highlights
Historically
contaminated sediments can be re-suspended as a result of sediment movement
caused by flooding, dredging, introduction of new structures or from other
marine or river infrastructure activities.
This seminar
will outline and share good
practice for assessment and management of contaminated
sediments in the UK and other countries. It will discuss how these could be
applied and help HK practitioners to establish a conceptual framework and
select the appropriate management approach.
