Content:-

The 3-hour training course aims to provide participants with professional knowledge and technical know-how regarding the essentials on water science and water resources management. Participants will acquire the essential knowledge necessary for professional assessments.

Ir PK Lee,

FCIWEM, FICE, FHKIE, FIStructE, FHKIQEP, C.WEM, CEng, R.P.E., has extensive experience in land drainage, flood control and environmental protection engineering covering North and Northwest New Territories, East and West Kowloon of HKSAR. He has also been involved in major infrastructure projects including new town developments and transportation infrastructure.

Ir Dr. Anthony YW Ma,

BSc (Eng), MSc, PhD, FHKIE, FCIWEM, FHKIQEP (Founding), MIMechE, CEng, CEnv, C.WEM, has over 30 years of professional experience in environmental research and engineering consultancy, specialized in water treatment and waste recycling. He is the International Reviewer of grant proposals for water technologies by PUB Singapore, and serve in the Drinking Water Safety Advisory Committee and the Expert Committee on Plumbing Materials of the Hong Kong SAR Government.

Couse Fee:-

HK$50 for CIWEM Members and CIWEM IPOs

HK$75 for Members of Supporting Organisation and $100 for others

Note:-

1. Registration is accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and preference will be given to CIWEM members and CIWEM IPOs. This course is limited to 200 participants.

2. Successful applicants will be informed by email. Payment method will be advised where applicable. Those who failed to show up will need to cover the financial implication and will not be entertained in two subsequent CIWEM HK events.

3. Participants should arrange for their own insurance if it is considered necessary.

4. Attendance certificate will be awarded after the course by email.
