The traditional low-voltage power supply devices have been used over for many years applying on different building including residential, commercial building, college, hospital, manufactory and shop.

To catch with the technology development and the environmental change, the electrical industry will ride with the downwind. The presentation will share the current status of traditional electrical installation, and the newly function and advantages (Predictive, access management, etc.) after applying various IoT devices (Sensors, Metering, Servers and Transmission device, etc.) for a greener buildings.

Through our sharing, to guide up the participants to create the possibilities of the green design and development on electrical industry in the further.

Mr. Joe Chak Siu Kei, Director of Hang Kei Engineering Services Ltd., Vice-President of Association of Electrical Contractors, who have over 20 years experience in E&M, WR2 and LV panels troubles solving, modification, improvement and consulting services.
