NOTICE OF THE 33RD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) (Re-convened Session)

Owing to inadequate quorum of the original Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Environmental Division scheduled for 4 May 2020 and in pursuance of Clause 8.3 of the Division Rules, notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Environmental Division will be re-convened on Wednesday, 13 May 2020 at 6:30pm at Chun Wo & Hsin Chong Rooms, the HKIE Headquarters, 10/F Island Beverley, No 1 Great George Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, for the following purposes:

1.      To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 32nd AGM.

2.      To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Division for Session 2019/2020.

3.      To receive and adopt the Financial Statement of the Division for Session 2019/2020.

4.      To elect the Chairman and Ordinary Members of the Division Committee for Session 2020/2021.

Members are reminded that if you come to the Headquarters to attend the AGM, you are advised to wear a surgical mask.
